Set Decoration
Over the last three decades we have been both participants and, in some cases, specialists responsible for the final result on camera of ambitious historical sets for Cinema and TV productions.
Some titles of whose decoration we were architects, already indelible in our memory are: “Requiem for Granada” (1989), “The Dumbfounded King” (1991), “The Others” (2000), “Carmen” (2002), “Alatriste” (2006), “Goya’s Ghosts” (2006) and “The Cid” (2020), among others.
In addition to the rental of varied props, period furniture, basketry, pottery, lighting, war material and siege machines, for example, our tents, Arab jaimas, Asian yurts and Indian teepees are also references of set decoration of film and television sets.
Our activity also includes Theater, Advertising and Events, having participated in cultural and artistic exhibitions in charge of decoration such as children's workshops of the Iron Age for National Heritage, the remodeling of the iconic Students Residence of Madrid, theater scenes in Alcalá de Henares, various advertising spots for Captain Morgan, Budweiser, Fanta and Maserati, corporate events at the Cibeles Palace, or even the construction of Christmas Parades for the City of Daganzo, for example.
Having been members of the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Spain, and sharing our passion for the film and television set decoration with the new generations, for example in visits of students from the ECAM and TAI schools, is a privilege that we have also been able to enjoy.
